DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping And Delivery Process:
After payment approval, the product takes 6 to 8 business days from the shipping process. When your package is shipped to your destination, we will deliver you an e-mail regarding your product’s shipping and tracking detail. However, suppose it underwent any postponement with the timing schedule and crossed the estimated time limit. In that case, you can communicate with us via Live Chat, or E-mail for product inquiries with a quick response. (Delay in deliverance might take place due to public holidays or natural disasters, if any).

We provide FREE SHIPPING OVER $90, but in the case of urgent delivery, our policies are made on Expedite Shipping cost $30; it takes 6 to 7 business days in processing and more than 1 to 2 business days in delivery of the product.

SHIPPING ACCESS:
We collaborate with our most trusted services, including  DHL Express and  FedEx Express. We even facilitate our valued customers by sending an email regarding their tracking and shipping details about the product dispatched for the destination. In the case of the off chance, means if you are unable to collect your package because of any unavailability, you may assign your neighbor for receiving the parcel on your behalf or leave an absence note on your door pointing towards their door or address so, that they can sign and receive the product for you.

APPLICABLE NOTES FOR SURE:
To ensure proper delivery, we are reliant on our customers to provide us with the exact shipping address and correct contact number, and relevant personal details. The reason is that we do not send the parcels to PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses. For that reason, it is required that you must give us your complete physical or residential address for shipping. If you need to change the shipping address, then you may directly contact  DHL Express and   FedEx Express for any amendments.

RECEIVED NOTIFICATIONS BY California Jackets:
Soon after you place the order on California Jackets, you will receive a notification about your order confirmation and a complete copy of the ordered item’s receipt. In case of not receiving a notification, it implies that your enlistment is failed due to some technical issue/problem. The product will not be shipped or even forwarded into the process until the confirmation receipt is sent to you.

HOW TO CLAIM FOR LATE DELIVERY AND DAMAGE ITEM:
As we always care for our valued customers and will compensate for the late delivery and damages caused to the ordered items. If the customer didn’t receive the package and is unable to track it down in the given estimated time, we provide a form of stipend for this inconvenience. So, the credit will be replaced back in the credit card or PayPal account, or a replacement will be provided. Unluckily, if you receive an item with damages or something improbable, you are required to contact us through Email /Live Chat within 07 business days after the conveyance is made concerning the issue. Moreover, you also have 30 days return policy to claim your refund.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
We will send an email with a notice about the product shipping and tracking ID. It will take 02 to 05 business days to be delivered at your doorstep after shipping, and in Expedited shipping, it will take and more 1 to 2 business days in delivery of the product delivered at your doorstep after it is shipped.
