Silver Lining Playbook is a romantic comedy movie directed by David O. Russell and based on a novel written by Matthew Quick with the title The Silver Linings Playbook. He is just released from a psychiatric hospital and is determined to win his estranged wife back. He meets Tiffany, a young widow, who offers him help in winning back his wife, if, he enters into a dancing competition with her. The two spent time together, and fall in love.
