It stars Anya Taylor Joy, Bill Camp, Rebecca Root, Christiane Seidel, Moses Ingram and Chloe Pirrie. The series revolves around Beth Harmon, a chess prodigy who reaches to the top of chess world whilst struggling with alcohol and drug dependency. The Queen’s Gambit was released on 23rd October, 2020 on Netflix.
The character of Beth Harmon, an orphaned chess prodigy is played by Anya Taylor Joy in the series.
