30 days Easy Exchange and Return Policy

After receiving your parcel, if you find any issue with our product, you can always contact us via Email,/Whatsapp/Live Chat. We have 30 days easy Exchange and Return policy. If there is any slip-up that occurs close by, similar to the size, or there is a distinction in design/shading and the picture of the item on the site, at that point, return and Exchange can be approved. But you must have to contact us within 7 days along with a snap/photo to highlight your issue so that it will be entertained within 30 days. Our 24 hours customer support representative is available to address and settle your issues to either satisfy you or refund or exchange the product. After 7 days, any request for return, refund, and exchange will not be treated.

Refund Policy will not apply when

  • If there is an alteration of the jackets or removal of tags, it will make you ineligible for a refund.
  • The company would provide no refund if you ordered two or more than two comparable items with specific customized sizes as customize products are solely made on the customer’s requirements. It will not be suitable for any other customer.
  • There will be no refund or exchange if the product is misused.
  • There will be no refund if items are used and they are not in their original form that we shipped to you.

We will not assess refund or credit orders and no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following

  • You have altered your perspective on a thing;
  • You purchased a thing unintentionally;
  • You exceeded the 30 days;
  • You change your mind
  • There will be no return/Exchange for ordering more than one comparable item, yet unique size. Individuals misuse it. Customized items and Custom Orders are not refundable and exchangeable

You must return the product for a refund. When you return the product, kindly send us the tracking number through email. Once we receive the product, we will refund you your amount.

Exchange Policy

If we delivered the product mentioned on our website, but you want to exchange it with different colors and sizes, we will exchange it free of cost with an impressive new product. You are just liable to pay the postage cost.

RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number

If we confirm your jacket return, we will send you an RMA number to stick it on the delivery box that you will ship to our warehouse.

Custom Duties

We declare our product as a gift to our customers so that they are not entitled to pay heavy custom duties, but you may have to pay minimal charges over these products as every country has its own customs policy and regulation. So the customer is liable to pay those charges according to their location.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee is a charge when merchandise is returned. The Restocking is the costs to recover of repackaging and shipping. The amount of restocking fee is depends on the product size, type and weight.
