Shipping Time: 3 to 5 business Days. (For both expedited and free shipping)

We partner with trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx to guarantee a secure and efficient shipping experience.

Free shipping is available for orders shipped to the USA, UK, and Canada.
For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
While we offer Free Shipping and do our best to mark packages as a ‘Gift’ to save you money, we unfortunately can’t guarantee exemption from customs fees. Every country has different laws, and your local customs authority makes the final call. If any import taxes or clearance fees are applied, you will be responsible for covering them to receive your package.

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.
You can track your order here directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.

Delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
For lost or damaged packages, contact sales@californiajacket.com immediately.
