The Essex Serpent, a drama TV series that is directed by Clio Bernard is a definite watch. The show is written by Anna Symon and is an adaptation of the novel with the same name by Sarah Perry. The main cast of the series includes Claire Danes, Tom Hiddleston and Frank Dillane. The plot of the series focuses on Cora, a widow who has moved to Essex in order to investigate a mythical serpent. She finds Will, and forms a science and skepticism bond with him, but the locals end up blaming her for attracting the creature. The show will soon be premiered on 13th May, 2022 on Apple TV+.
Will Ransome, the local pastor in Essex, is our favorite character. His role is portrayed by Tom Hiddleston in the series, and to be honest, no one could’ve done it better than him.
